Here at Hen&ink, we are over-the-moon* to share that both PEEP & EGG: I’M NOT HATCHING (written by Laura Gehl and illustrated by Joyce Wan) and WOLF CAMP (written and illustrated by Andrea Zuill) are finalist in the Children’ & Teen Choice Book Awards. Andrea and Laura join this impressive and fabulous list of terrific books and talented authors and illustrators. We know you have loads of friends on this list, and we hope you’ll vote from your heart and maybe, just maybe, your heart beats for PEEP & EGG in the K-2nd Grade category and for WOLF CAMP in the 3rd-4th Grade category.

As Homer would say, “Ahh-whoooAhh-Ahh-whooo!”

WOLF CAMP by Andrea Zuill is nominated for the 3rd-4th Grade category.

* ecstatic, euphoric, thrilled, overjoyed, elated, delighted, on cloud nine/seven, walking/treading on air, in seventh heaven, jubilant, rapturous, beside oneself with joy, jumping for joy, exultant, transported, delirious, enraptured, blissful, in raptures, as pleased as Punch, cock-a-hoop, as happy as a sandboy, as happy as Peep & Egg, like Homer with a new toy; on top of the world, on a high, tickled pink; as happy as a bed of clams…

Peep & Egg: I’m Not Hatching is nominated in the K-2nd Grade category.
